Easter has come and gone and Spring is definitely here with all the green leaves and the pollen ! 

The more reason to eat clean to diminish the effects of those pesky seasonal allergies! 

On Friday we will have an easy spring fresh menu.   I am thinking lots of strawberries.  

On Saturday we will have a special guest speaker: Marina Ivanovsky , APN .  She will discuss the challenges of weight loss and changing our behavior towards food.
