Question – why do you recommend raw foods for hyper-nourishment instead of cooked?

Simplest answer: RESULTS. We do what works best, and the results speak for themselves.

Hyper-nourishment is our protocol for disease reversal that optimizes cellular repair and optimal immune function. The ingredients for hyper-nourishment must be consumed uncooked to deliver those unmatched results. Now, Not everyone needs to have a 100% raw diet to get healthy. And not every raw diet is a disease-reversal diet.

In our Rapid Recovery programs that have helped over a thousand people reverse chronic diseases like autoimmune diseases in a matter of weeks, we use Pure (raw) hyper-nourishment is the most rapid way to get the fastest most profound results.

The only exception that I don’t mention in the video, is theoretically, if you are in a country where there is a lot of contamination in water and produce that makes it dangerous to consume raw foods, you might need some hot water or other intervention to make your food safe. Raw and fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouted grains, nuts and seeds are described as living foods because they  have all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and phyto- nutrients.

Cooking, canning and processing destroy or change or denature them and are described as dead foods. At 116 to 120 degree F most enzymes, and other nutrients are destroyed.

Do you know what happens when you heat your food? The enzymes are lost, proteins denatured, oils and fats convert to trans fatty-acids which are carcinogenic, sugars are caramelised, vitamins and minerals are depleted, water is reduced and fibre is refined which makes it less beneficial to the body.

Cooking our foods can cause a loss of up to 97 percent of some water soluble vitamins like vitamin C and up to 40 percent of the fat soluble vitamins.

Consuming cooked or dead foods makes digestion more difficult and hence may result in constipation. Years of consuming dead foods makes the body prone to diseases, low vitality, loss of spiritual and mental clarity, and early death.

What about the studies that show cheese has neutral or positive health effects?


Everything we eat has an opportunity cost. Every time we put something in our mouths, it’s a lost opportunity to put something even healthier in our mouth.
