In today’s video, I will explain what is trilogy and why it is called this. I will show you how to do a healing routine. This is a full body healing, from the crown of your head to the lower body. Negative energy and tension is real, it has to be released from the body, or it will keep building up and things get worse.
It is so important you are in a happy and positive mindset, stop the racing thoughts of fear and panic right away. New routines and patterns are so important, we need to reroute the mind from fear and panic to calmness and order. We need to slow down the response to issues and problems, we are always rushing and this puts the body in a fear state.
