Maple syrup Dijon Mustard Smoked paprika (optional for a smoky dressings) combine equal parts dijon mustard and maple syrup, shake until well combined, you may also add a pinch of smoked paprika for a smoky version.
Citrus Hummus Dressing: 3 Tablespoons Oil Free Hummus, I like engine 2 from Whole Foods 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard juice of half a lemon or some orange juice (my favorite) 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup combine all ingredients and enjoy
Strawberry Lime Basil Dressing: 1 heaping cup chopped strawberries fresh or thawed from frozen 1-2 dates juice of half a lime 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil Combine all ingredients in blender except basil, blend until smooth then gently stir in basil
Low Fat Thai Peanut Dressing: 3/4 cup low fat powdered peanut butter, I like this one :https://amzn.to/2P7Ufkq 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup juice of half a lime 1/2 tsp coconut extract https://amzn.to/32897o0 pinch of ginger, fresh or powdered (optional) add water to powdered peanut butter until you get a creamy consistency, then mix in rest of ingredients and enjoy.
