About the Plant Strong Club
A Plant Strong Club member will probably be someone who is interested in learning more about the plant-based, whole food, nutrient dense lifestyle. Whether you’re just gathering information or looking for encouragement and support in leaning more toward this lifestyle, you’ll find those among us who will gladly share our experiences and resources with you.
Kellie and I both radically changed our beliefs, choices, and health based on science-based research, anecdotal stories, and our own personal experiences. And, I’m happy to report, neither one of us feels like we’re missing out or being deprived. This is a get-to, not a have-to! But I do have to say I believe you have to – if you want to experience optimal health and a greater sense of well-being. It truly raises your energy level to eat and drink food that’s more alive and closer to its natural state – and that doesn’t have a mother.
